NEW YORK & HONG KONG--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--Marcum Asia CPAs LLP (MarcumAsia) announced the opening of its newest Asia-based office in Hong Kong. This expansion supports its growing practice of clients across China and the rest of the Asia region seeking access to global capital markets through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) merger.

MarcumAsia has a 25 year track record focused on the region, which includes five cities across mainland China and Singapore.

The Hong Kong office, with a capacity for 50 people, is located in the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
